What are essential oils?
Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in plants around the world. They can be extracted and used for lifting your mood, calming your senses, and they can generate powerful emotional responses.
How do I use essential oils?
Essential oils can be used aromatically, topically, or internally. Most are safe to be used Neat (without dilution), or they can be diluted using a carrier oil such as coconut oil.
Where do I start?
There is a lot to learn when it comes to essential oils, and it can be overwhelming for beginners. The company we use recommends starting out with an Intro Kit which contains Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint. These are three of the most popular oils, each with a variety of different benefits.
